All of our products are protected through the EU consumer guarantee, which states that the consumer has the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes referred to as the cooling-off period or the withdrawal period. No reason or justification has to be given by the consumer. Besides that, there is a 2-year guarantee as a protection against faulty goods, or goods that don't look or work as advertised. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, liquids (lotions, oils), the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer’s recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions.
When returning the product, the shipping and handling fees are to be paid for by the customer. The manufacturer agrees, at its option during the warranty period, to repair and defect in material or workmanship or to furnish a repaired or refurbished product of equal value in exchange without charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packing, return postage, and insurance which will be incurred by the customer). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase as confirmed by showing the original dated sales receipt.
